I’ve been with you for over a year and a half and you guys are GREAT! I love Alex he’s the best and he cares about his customers. I contacted RPF about a problem I had with the previous order. It wasn’t what I normally get for my Fur Baby but he has to eat. They worked with me to break down what I needed so my doggie had food to eat. That’s true Customer Service. You guys are that best and I hope you share this on your site because people need to see that there’s small businesses still around today that treat their customers like family and that they go above and beyond to help solve problems. I’m a customer for life 😊.  You guys are awesome and I give you two thumbs up! Alex is wonderful, kind and is always ready to answer any questions you might have. He’s the best in my book.
