FAQ

How customers redeem points
To turn points into a reward, your customers will need to log into the rewards panel on your site (either by logging into their customer account, or through password less login). Once they're logged in, they'll need to open the rewards panel.
 
Next, click on Ways to redeem.
 
 
If they do have enough points for one of the Fixed amount rewards, there will be a Redeem button:
 
To redeem points on Incremental rewards, your customer will need to use the points slider to select the amount of point they would like to spend, then click Redeem:
 
Upon clicking redeem, your customer will be taken to a page that shows the coupon code with a button to Apply code which will automatically apply that coupon code to the checkout.
 
Based on your settings in Notifications, your customers also may get an email with the coupon code for their records. The code will also be stored in their rewards panel under the Your Rewards section at the bottom.
 
📋 Note: Once a customer has redeemed their points for a reward, the reward will remain in their account until they decide to use it on a purchase, or until the reward expires. Points are not automatically returned to a customer's account if a reward is redeemed and not used.

How do I cancel or edit an order?

Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders due to a change of mind. However, we understand that mistakes happen. If you need to edit your order information, such as the delivery address or contact number, please contact our customer service as soon as possible.
Here’s what you can do:

  • Contact our customer service via email address, or Live Chat.
  • Have your order number ready when contacting customer service.
  • We cannot guarantee changes to orders after 24 hours of placement. This is because orders may be processed once received
